Cheesecake #2
Ingredients
12 Melba Toast (no salt) Splenda or Equal to taste
Filling: 24 oz Lowfat Cottage Cheese 1 pk Strawberry Supplement 1-4 oz Water
Directions
Put toast and Splenda in blender until crumbled. Spread in bottom of an 8" square pan reserving a little to sprinkle on top of cheesecake. Put filling in blender until creamy. Spread over crust. Top with remaining crumbs. Refrigerate. Divide into 6 pieces and serve. |

Strawberry Yogurt
Ingredients
1 pk Strawberry Supplement 2 pk Splenda/Equal 1 tbsp Strawberries, crushed in blender
Directions
Mix supplement, sweetener, and 3 oz of water in shaker cup. Blend in berries and chill. |

Minty Chocolate Creme Parfait
Ingredients
1 pk Mint Cocoa Mix 2 tbsp Hot Water 1 pk Creamy Vanilla Supplement 1/2 cup Water
Directions
Empty cocoa mix in a custard cup and stir in hot water to make a fudge sauce. Prepare vanilla pudding according to package directions. Spoon the vanilla pudding into a parfait glass, alternating with the sauce. Swirl and serve.

1 egg
¼ cup lowfat cottage cheese
1/4 c water
1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
Mix until smooth freeze & enjoy
