Vegetable Soup

Ingredients

1 bag of Chinese vegetables, frozen
1 tbsp toasted onion seasoning, to taste
1 pk cream of mushroom soup supplement
1 pk savory beef soup supplement
1 can no salt added diced tomatoes

Directions

Mix soup supplements with 24 oz water.  Add tomatoes and vegetables.  Mix together.  Simmer.  Enjoy!!
Zesty Cheese Dip

Ingredients


4 oz ground turkey
Mrs dash hot & spicy
Chili powder to taste
1/8 tsp salt
1 pk cream of mushroom soup supplement
1 c rotel drained
4 oz shredder 2% cheese

Directions

Brown turkey & measure out 4 oz. season w/ mrs dash, chili powder , salt, and black pepper. Mix cream of mushroom supplement to make a thick soup, add to meat mixture. Add rotel & ½ cheese. Pour into a shallow baking dish. A pie plate works well. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Bake at 350 for 15 min. serve with melba rounds.
Sue's Stew

Ingredients


1 lb ground round cooked (pat with paper towel)
4 c frozen cauliflower, broccoli, and green beans, chopped
1 bunch green onions, chopped
3 pk tomato soup supplement
1 pk beef soup supplement
4 c water
Your choice of seasonings:  garlic powder, black pepper, and salt substitute

Directions


Simmer until all ingredients are desired temp.

Counts as: 
4 servings (if you're doing 4 oz of protein)
5 servings (if you're doing 3 oz of protein)

Italian Chicken Stew

Ingredients

4 chicken breasts, boneless/skinless
1/2 c green onions, chopped
1/2 c green peppers, chopped
1/4 c red peppers, chopped
3 tbsp canola oil
16 oz "no salt added" tomato sauce
15 oz "no salt added" stewed tomatoes
1/2 head of cabbage
1/2 c water
1 c fresh mushrooms
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp Italian seasoning
sprinkle with Mrs. Dash

Directions


Stir fry chicken, onions & peppers in canola oil.  Add other ingredients.  Simmer 20-30 min. until chicken is tender.  Additional vegetables are option.  Yum!!
